These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MANO platform ("MANO", "the Platform"), operated by MANOAI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using MANO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About MANO

MANO is a productivity and workflow platform for car finance account managers, brokers, and related professionals. Features include, but are not limited to:

MANO is a productivity support tool only. It does not provide regulated financial, legal, compliance, or investment advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MANO. By creating an account you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the Platform, including on behalf of any organisation where applicable.

If you are signing up on behalf of a business or brokerage, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must not share access credentials with unauthorised individuals.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice where: these Terms are breached; misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected; your account presents a security or operational risk to MANO or other users; or where required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access MANO ceases immediately. Your data may be retained for a period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

MANO offers paid individual plans and custom Enterprise access for teams and brokerages. Features available under each plan are subject to change at our discretion. Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. We reserve the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice. Where payment is not received, access may be downgraded or suspended.

Paid subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details, and Stripe handles payment data in line with its own privacy and PCI compliance standards. We remain responsible for our own VAT and tax obligations.

All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to introduce VAT, applicable taxes, or revised pricing in the future. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Referral Scheme

MANO operates an optional referral scheme. Rewards are at our discretion, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We may withdraw the scheme or disqualify referrals where abuse is suspected.

7. Customer Data and User Responsibilities

MANO enables users to input and manage data relating to their own customers and deals, including names, contact details, vehicle information, application URLs, and financial figures. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to input, store, and use any customer or third-party data entered into MANO.

Where you enter personal data about third parties (including your customers), you act as the data controller for that data. MANO acts as a data processor on your behalf. You must ensure your use of MANO is compliant with all applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.

You must not enter special category personal data (as defined under UK GDPR) — including health information, financial vulnerability indicators, or biometric data — into MANO.

MANO's customer-facing features including Smart Send packs and Calendar booking pages may collect information directly from your customers (such as name, phone number, and booking preferences). You are responsible for informing your customers that their information will be processed through MANO and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share their data with our Platform.

8. AI Features

MANO includes an AI-powered assistant feature. This feature is powered by third-party AI providers including OpenRouter and may use models provided by third parties.

AI-generated outputs are for general productivity and informational support only. They are not professional, financial, legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. You must independently verify any AI output before relying on it or sharing it with customers.

Do not submit confidential, legally privileged, or sensitive customer financial information through the AI assistant. MANO accepts no liability for outputs generated by AI systems.

9. No Financial or Regulated Advice

MANO does not provide regulated financial advice. Nothing within MANO — including loan calculations, commission estimates, lender criteria, FCA lookup results, AI responses, or templates — constitutes or should be relied upon as financial, credit, compliance, or regulatory advice.

All information provided through MANO is for general informational and productivity purposes only. Users are solely responsible for verifying all outputs, data, and information before use in any regulated or customer-facing context.

MANO is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. FCA firm lookup results are sourced from the public FCA Register and are provided for informational reference only.

10. Third Party Services

MANO integrates with or relies on third-party services including:

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or continued operation of any third-party service. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Downtime or errors in third-party services may affect MANO features without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, workflows, prompts, systems, features, and content within MANO are the intellectual property of MANOAI Limited unless otherwise stated. No licence or right is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or exploit any part of MANO without prior written permission.

MANO is independently owned and developed by MANOAI Limited. Where any user — including MANOAI Limited's founder or any individual associated with MANOAI Limited — uses MANO in the course of employment, contracting, or any professional role at a brokerage or other organisation, that use does not grant the organisation, employer, or any third party any ownership interest, licence, or intellectual property claim over MANO, its software, brand, or underlying technology. MANO remains the sole property of MANOAI Limited regardless of where, when, or by whom it is used, unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

You retain ownership of data you input into MANO. By using MANO, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the Platform services.

12. Service Availability

We aim to maintain MANO as a reliable, functional service but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Features may be updated, modified, restricted, or temporarily unavailable without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue features, plans, or the Platform itself with reasonable notice where practicable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales, MANOAI Limited shall not be liable for:

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to MANO in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MANOAI Limited from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your misuse of the Platform; your failure to comply with applicable data protection laws in respect of customer data you input; or any customer complaint arising from your use of MANO outputs.

15. Communications

We may send you transactional emails about your account, security, billing, product updates, and service changes. We may also send occasional marketing or product emails about MANO features, offers, or updates where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; essential service emails may still be sent while your account remains active.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via an in-platform announcement. Continued use of MANO after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must cease using the Platform.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of MANO shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
