Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of MANO, operated by Emmanuel Onuoha trading as Mano.ai. By creating an account or using MANO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About MANO

MANO is a productivity and workflow platform for car finance account managers, brokers, and related professionals. It includes tools for deal tracking, commission logging, loan calculation, MOT checking, FCA firm lookup, AI-powered assistance, Smart Send, calendar booking, team messaging, and analytics. MANO is a support tool only — it does not provide regulated financial, legal, or compliance advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MANO. By creating an account you confirm all information provided is accurate and you are authorised to use the platform.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

MANO offers Free, Pro (£20/month), Master (£50/month), and Business (custom) plans. Free plan users may have caps on features, active leads, and deal history. Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. We do not store card details, and Stripe handles payment data in line with its own privacy and PCI compliance standards. We remain responsible for our own VAT and tax obligations. Pricing may change with reasonable notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

4. Referral Scheme

MANO operates an optional referral scheme. Rewards are at our discretion, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We may withdraw the scheme or disqualify referrals where abuse is suspected.

5. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected, these terms are breached, or access creates security risks.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use MANO unlawfully; reverse engineer or copy the platform; submit customer personal data without a lawful basis; rely on AI or calculator outputs as regulated advice; use automated systems to abuse the platform; or share credentials with unauthorised users.

7. Customer Data

Where you input data about your customers into MANO, you are the data controller. MANO acts as a data processor. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis under UK GDPR to enter and process that data through MANO.

8. AI Features

AI outputs are for general productivity support only, not professional, financial, or regulatory advice. Do not submit sensitive customer data through the AI assistant. We accept no liability for AI-generated outputs.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing in MANO — including calculations, lender criteria, FCA lookups, or AI responses — constitutes regulated financial, credit, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all outputs before use.

10. Third-Party Services

MANO integrates with third-party services including Supabase, OpenRouter/DeepSeek AI, Stripe, the DVLA MOT API, and the FCA Register API. We are not responsible for third-party accuracy, availability, or their own terms.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep MANO available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Mano.ai shall not be liable for loss of income, commissions, or business opportunity; incorrect calculations or AI outputs; third-party service failures; or any indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Free plan users use MANO entirely at their own risk.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mano.ai from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or failure to comply with data protection law in respect of customer data you input.

14. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, workflows, prompts, systems, and features within MANO remain the intellectual property of Emmanuel Onuoha / Mano.ai. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce MANO without written permission.

15. Communications

We may send you transactional emails about your account, security, billing, product updates, and service changes. We may also send occasional marketing or product emails about MANO features, offers, or updates where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; essential service emails may still be sent while your account remains active.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
