Refund Policy

MANO is operated by Emmanuel Onuoha trading as Mano.ai. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.

1. Subscriptions

MANO Pro and Master are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

2. Free plan

The Free plan is free forever and requires no payment, so no refunds apply.

3. 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund, provided you have not made substantial use of the paid features. By subscribing and accessing paid features immediately, you acknowledge that the service begins right away.

4. Renewals

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time after a subscription has renewed. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.

5. How to request a refund

Email manoaisolutions@gmail.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. Where a refund is due, it is issued via Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5โ€“10 business days.

6. Exceptional circumstances

We may issue discretionary refunds in cases of prolonged service outage or a billing error on our side.
